"The work you did is fantastic. The fit is perfect, all the keys are evenly weighted, and I can fly thru scales and awkward fingerings now. I can't believe how much better the horn is now. I've never had any work done, big or small, that yielded such amazing results. Plus, you were nice! and I felt you took the time to understand what I wanted."

CONSULTATIONS AND APPRAISALS
There is a $30 fee for in-shop consultations and appraisals.
However, every instrument we sell or repair is eligible for a complimentary insurance appraisal for replacement value, annually. Appraisals can only be given if the instrument is physically inspected.
We standardize our cleaning prices. The pricing scheme for ultrasonic cleanings is $30 per piston valve, $45 per rotor valve, $50 for a straight tenor trombone, and large instrument upcharge of $30 for a bass tuba and $60 for a contrabass tuba. For example,
Bell cuts are currently priced beginning at $700, assuming a standard ring set is used. Additional repairs, or the use of a custom ring set, will be billed based on parts and labor.
Tip: Always remember that you probably have to budget for a new case, as well!
Brass Arts Unlimited cannot guarantee finish on any instrument. We do our best to protect the look and condition of your valuable musical instrument, but we cannot guarantee lacquer, silver or gold plate, or any other surface finish. We attempt to restore an instrument's appearance as close to original as is practicable after a repair, but a factory new finish is rarely achievable and seldom desirable as the result of routine repairs.
