Consignment Services

Have an instrument you'd like to sell?  Don't know how to do it?  Don't want to be bothered with the hassle of marketing, selling, packing, insuring, etc etc etc?  Brass Arts Unlimited would be pleased to sell your instrument on consignment.

It's extremely simple.  You send us your instrument and give us the right to sell it, and we do all the rest!  When the instrument is sold, you get your check.  We advertise your instrument on our web site, in trade publications, in our store, and on the road when we go to workshops and trade shows.  We do all the work, and you get the money!

Compare the features of our two consignment service options in the table, below.  Generally, Standard Option is right for most sellers.  Full Service Option is usually a better choice for difficult-to-sell or unusual instruments.

Some shops don't sell consignment instruments to customers who want to use credit cards.  We do!  We make it easy for both buyers and sellers.

Click on the button at the left for our consignment agreement in .pdf format.  (Use your browser button to return to this page.)  Fill in the particulars, sign two copies, and send them with your instrument.  We will return a signed copy to you.  If you have any questions, please email us.

If you need information about packing and shipping a horn, please see our page in the FAQ section that gives all the particulars.
