I am having trouble with my shopping cart. When I go to checkout, it is empty.
You may try any of the following:

- Try another browser
- The titles you wish to purchase and whether you want print or download versions. We will send you a PayPal invoice for those purchases. After we receive payment we will send you a separate email with a link to the files you purchased for download, or we will ship your print editions to you.
- Optionally, if you care to help us troubleshoot this issue, please also tell us the browser you are using, the operating system you are using, and the version number of the browser if you know it. This information may help us figure out a permanent fix, and we appreciate your cooperation,
I downloaded my file, but I cannot copy it to another device.
Our download files have two security measures on them, digital fingerprinting and copy protection. Generally, you should download the file to the device you wish to use to either view or print the file.
However, we know that some users need to have a copy on multiple devices, for any number of reasons. Send us an email at info@brassarts.com and let us know what you wish to do with the file. We can make sure your get to use your file as needed, depending on your requirements.

May I return a purchase for a refund?
Because of copyright considerations, once you have received a print edition or downloaded a file, we do not accept returns nor make refunds.
If you have not received a purchase, or if you have received it damaged, destroyed, or it is in error, then we will do our best to make it right. Contact us, and we will make sure you receive another copy in good condition.
